The TruBar Foundation was started in tribute to two selfless women, Trudy Ward (right) and Barbie Riedel (left). Both single parents, they demonstrated unconditional love and dedication to their families and the community. It is in this spirit that the TruBar Foundation was established.
Trudy was called home to God on Nov. 12, 2015. Born in Brockton, MA and raised in Abington, she went on to graduate from Katharine Gibbs in Boston. Trudy raised her family in Plymouth and was a dedicated employee at Ocean Spray for over 30 years.
Barbie was called home to God on Jan. 14, 2016. She was raised in Plymouth, MA and attended Plymouth schools. Barbara raised her family in Plymouth and was a dedicated employee of Stop and Shop for many years.
